Despite her age, Brianna is a newcomer to the Crones. Originally named, Sarah Moore, she was ghouled to Brown back in the late 1700. He noticed the young woman while she was attending her 'ill' master during a lavish debutante ball. Brown watched as she skillfully moved within society to help her young mistress/half sister. Seeing much potential in Sarah he grew closer to her family through her father's legal wife Mrs. Jane Joseph Mortons. By manipulating Mrs. Mortons' racist fears and hatred, he was able to slowly wear away her composure and self-esteem. When Sarah's father, Joseph, unexpectedly died Mrs. Mortons found herself neck deep in her husband's debits. The threat of loosing everything, drove Mrs Mortons closer and closer to a breaking point. She decided to take out her hate and frustration on her husband's illegitimate child and black mistress. During one of her 'moods' she accidentally killed Sarah's mother. It was at this time, Sarah decided that she could no longer stay to protect her younger sister and had to get away.
At this point in time Sarah believed that Mr Brown was interested in her body and decided to try her feminine wiles against him. Through her uncharacteristic actions Brown was able to determine that she was ripe for the picking and before Mrs. Mortons could do anything permeant, he bought Sarah for an outrageous price. Both sets of brothers were outraged and tried to stop the hand off but Brown won in the end and took his prize further South.
Sarah had mixed feeling regarding her purchase. She loved her little sister and got along with her brothers, but she realizes that if she stayed she would be a constant reminder to her step-mother. After a while she grew to accept this fact in life... which was disrupted 116 years later after she officially came out to kindred society. It is commonly thought that one of Brown's associates left a journal (that he believed to be destroyed) in an area where Sarah would find it. Shortly after this point she made friends with the local Gangrel and left.
It was several years until Sarah, now known as Brianna, re-emerged. There has been some rumors that she may have been down in Mexico or South America but nothing has been confirmed. When she arrived back in the USA she traveled around, gaining various contacts before moving to Florida, where her old Master was just starting to setup shop. Brianna, who is far more sociable than her mentor had a variety of ties already set before confronting her mentor. No one knows what was said between the two but with her help Brown (who has recently changed his name to Malcovian) was able to gain the hierophant seat.
